Then the search goes on for the next diet. And the cycle continues.

To stop this madness, you need to transcend the diet and change the underlying problem: your habits. If you can change your habits, you no longer need to turn to diets. You can maintain your weight naturally, because your habits are serving you, instead of fighting against you.
