I have seen hundreds of clients over the years as well as read and researched extensively about weight loss for women over 40.

I have written three bestselling books on weight loss for women over 40, and hundreds of articles.

On this page I wanted to share with you, a small taster of my writings, to give you an insight into my weight loss approach.

My hope is that from reading these articles, which I am providing completely free of charge, with no opt-in required, you will get a sense of what is possible with my behavioural weight loss method.
