How to stop food controlling you

If you have a hard time saying “no” to certain types of foods, sometimes it can feel like that food has control over you.

This makes it really hard to lose weight, because no matter how “good” you try and be, all it takes is to give into a craving once, and you can undo all the progress you have made so far.

This is something that I encounter a lot with almost all of my clients.

If you were doing a diet, you’d probably be told to “stop giving in” and use more willpower.

But these are not effective strategies. You know that, because if they were, you wouldn’t be reading this page right now!

One of the main things I do with clients at the clinic is to help them to manage their cravings in a more pleasant and effective way.
