Weight Gain After 40

For women who’ve been slim all their life, until they reached 40

Have you been slim all your life, but only gained weight after 40?

My clients fit into two groups:

  1. Struggled with their weight all their life, with a long history of dieting = 2/3 of clients
  1. Always been slim, never dieted. But after 40, suddenly noticed their weight going up = 1/3 of clients.

If you’re in the second group, the good news is that I’ve generally found that it’s much easier for you to lose weight and get things back under control.

The key here is that you probably have a good foundation of habits. You just need to make some small tweaks to start losing weight.

The worst mistake you can make is to discard all your good habits, and try and follow a diet.

A diet won’t work, and it will replace all the good habits that you practice naturally.

Instead, let’s see what’s working and what’s not, and make the changes necessarily to regain control.

It will be much easier than you think.

And certainly much easier than if you try dieting.
