I really think it is sustainable. I feel like I’m eating the way I used to eat,before life and responsibilities got in the way.

At long last after 30 years of yoyo dieting I can happily say I will never go on a diet again.

I had despaired of EVER losing weight. Your method is working for me in a few ways;

I’ve lost weight (and kept it off) AND inches, I’m not constantly thinking about food and no food is banned.

I was uncomfortable and couldn’t sit easily at the theatre, on restaurant chairs or on planes.

I found it difficult to move easily from sitting to standing, and would avoid kneeling if at all possible.

I would often get out of breath if I was walking upstairs or uphill or for a prolonged period of time.

I was often self-conscious and felt embarrassed and ashamed of how I looked, so I hated having my photo taken.

I also used to notice looks of disgust from some people, or would simply be ignored.

I often had headaches, always felt really tired and often had an upset stomach.

Now, I feel really healthy and have plenty of energy.

I really enjoy exercise and how my body can move.

I love walking and can do 6-7 mile walks with no problem.

I don’t worry about what the seats are going to be like when I go somewhere and don’t mind having my photo taken.

I am enjoying wearing clothes that suit me, rather than things that just fit me.

I feel so much more self-confident and happy to try new things. Life really is a lot better!

I was very pessimistic about losing weight and was actually claiming that I was happy being overweight and didn’t want to change.

I wanted to change, all right; what I didn’t want to do was diet again.

I actually weighed less when I was in my third trimester with my daughter than when she was five years old!
