In this programme, clients attend my Harley Street clinic in London each week and see me personally for 45 minute one-to-one sessions.
During these sessions, using a behaviour-focused approach, I help clients change their habits and behaviours so that they can lose weight and maintain it naturally.

1. I have a lot of experience specifically working with women over 40 to help them lose weight and keep it off.
I know from experience, that the issues that face women over 40 losing weight are completely different from women under 40 and men.
It’s harder for women over 40 to lose weight because of less muscle mass and slowing metabolism. This means that conventional approaches like diets and exercise don’t work as well as they do for others.
