The Clinic-Based Programme

In this programme, clients attend my Harley Street clinic in London each week and see me personally for 45 minute one-to-one sessions.

During these sessions, using a behaviour-focused approach, I help clients change their habits and behaviours so that they can lose weight and maintain it naturally.

An initial assessment session (1.5 hour) at Harley Street is £440 but until November 15th 2016 is FREE (with a refundable £220 deposit). For more information CLICK HERE.

Who is this clinic programme ideal for?

Women who are:

1. Over 40

2. Can’t lose weight with other weight loss programmes (especially since turning 40)

3. Willing to try a totally different approach to losing weight

What makes this programme different?

1. I have a lot of experience specifically working with women over 40 to help them lose weight and keep it off.

I know from experience, that the issues that face women over 40 losing weight are completely different from women under 40 and men.

It’s harder for women over 40 to lose weight because of less muscle mass and slowing metabolism. This means that conventional approaches like diets and exercise don’t work as well as they do for others.

2. This programme is about long-term weight loss

What’s the point losing 10 pounds if you gain it all back a few weeks later?

I work with clients who want a long-term solution to their weight. They want to lose weight once and for all.

This method is completely focused on safe, healthy, long-term weight loss

3. This approach is not a diet

A diet is a short-term fix. It’s unpleasant, drastic and depriving.

I will show you how to lose weight without dieting, by using a behavioural approach (click here for more information about the approach I use).

4. This programme allows you to lose weight without feeling deprived

I will show you how to lose weight while eating normally (including foods that you love) without feeling deprived.

This is a huge bonus of the behavioural approach and makes this way of weight loss much more sustainable.

Do you use medication? Or surgery?

This is a behavioural weight loss programme. It’s all about changing your habits and behaviours.

There are no pills, no supplements, no surgical procedures, no calorie counting, no packaged meals and no deprivation diet regimes involved in this approach.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Part of a safe weight loss programme is setting achievable targets. This is best worked out together in the initial assessment session.

Other clients who have lost weight with this programme have found that they were able to:

  • Manage their weight without dieting
  • Maintain their weight loss for the long-term
  • Be free of the misery of worrying about their weight
  • Have a full life doing things like eating out, going to restaurants and going on holiday while still being slim
  • Feel better about themselves, happier, healthier, more confident and energetic.

How often do we meet and for how long?

After the initial assessment, we meet every week for approximately 45 minutes, with email contact in-between.

The length of the programme is very much dependent on how much weight you need to lose.

With this programme you have personal access to me throughout.

What’s so good about the clinic programme?

I view the clinic programme as the gold standard because:

  • I personalise the programme to your life
  • I guide you every step of the way
  • I keep you accountable and on track

For many women their lives are wracked by either feeling miserable about their weight, or anxious about trying to lose weight. I see a big part of my role as shouldering this worry for you.

Instead of trying to figure it all out on your own, let me help you.

So if I’m interested and want to find out more, what do I do next?

The next step if you want to find out more is to book an initial assessment.

Call 020 7099 0455, email the office here or fill out the contact form.

What happens in the initial assessment?

At this session, I will:

  1. Take a look at your current situation, what you’ve been doing, what’s holding you back and what you want to achieve going forward.
  2. Help you set an achievable goal and timeframe.
  3. Give you a weight loss plan that is personalised to you, based on my experience with helping other women over 40 lose weight and keep it off.
  4. Answer any questions you may have about the plan, to make sure you’re crystal clear on what needs to be done
  5. Give you motivation and inspiration to take action; a kickstart.

At the end of this initial assessment session, you may either:
a. Choose to implement the plan on your own (If this is the case, I’ll wish you the best of luck and ask that you keep in touch with me to let me know how you’re doing.)

b. Want me to help you step-by-step along your weight loss journey.

How much does the initial assessment cost?

The initial assessment session is currently £440.

(Subsequent sessions are 45 minutes duration and £320)

But until November 15th, there will be a limited number of initial assessment sessions that will be available for FREE.

You will need to pay a £220 deposit that will be refunded upon your attendance (this is to prevent no-shows)

Initial assessments are by appointment only.
