Last week, my clients started coming back from holidays. I wrote about one of them here.
But what really struck me, is that you can’t under-estimate what a great feeling it is, to come back from a fantastic holiday, and have lost weight.
The joy and satisfaction I could see with on my client’s faces who had achieved this was incredible. As one client said “it’s the icing on the cake” (apologies for the food metaphor) to come back from a relaxing holiday, stand on the scales and see that your weight had gone down.
Most people put off thinking about weight loss before a holiday because they fear it will affect their enjoyment. But as my clients have proven, you can lose weight on holiday and still have a great time.
