My thoughts:
1. If you like cake eat it. Trying to deny something you like will only lead to undue pressure and then caving in. It’s not sustainable
2. When you have a 7000 calorie cake, it’s not an everyday event
3. You only eat as much as you need to feel satisfied. This will be much less than you think. And that’s the key. Connecting back with how much you need to feel satisfied.
4. If you bake a 7000 calorie cake, eat some and then get rid of it. Give it away. Don’t leave it in the house for the next 5 days, where it’s sitting there on the kitchen table calling out your name asking to be eaten.
